Drift Trips

This is a relaxing day spent slowly drifting down the Owens River. The time of year and flow rates will determine our tactics for these drift trips. Traditionally, we use streamers to entice aggressive takes from Rainbow and Brown trout in the deeper holes. We also enjoy using the boat to access otherwise unreachable waters, allowing for short walk-and-wade sessions. It's common to spend all day on the river without encountering another angler.

All the details are the same as our full-day walk and wade trips, with the added convenience of our Stealthcraft Hooligan Drift Raft. Please note that we do not offer half-day trips on the Lower Owens River due to the long distances between take-outs. Additionally, no studs or cleats are allowed in our raft; only rubber or felt-soled boots are permitted.

$500.00 one person full day, or $350 half day

Max of 4 people per guide

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your trip. Payment in full is due 14 days before your arrival. Reservations will be confirmed upon receiving your deposit. Cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival are refundable. Cancellations received less than 14 days before arrival are nonrefundable.
